Lets get ready to match the stars in The Match Game hosted by James.
Six celebrities and two teams of players are assigned. One player from each of the teams is up and the host will read a statement with one of the words being blank. The six celebrities will write down their answer to fill in the blank and then the host will ask the team player for his/her answer. Once the answer is given, for fun, the host will ask any of the other players for their answer and they can chime in.
The host then asks each of the celebrities to reveal their answers one at a time. Each time the celebrity’s answer matches the player’s they get a point.
Play goes back and forth for two rounds and then the team that matches the most for those two rounds goes on to the Super Match.
Super Match:
The next player up on that team plays the Super Match which is matching a survey type match which has the top three answers with the following point value:
- 100,
- 250 and
- 500 points.
The player can ask 3 celebrities for suggestions. They can take one of the three suggestions or give their own answer. After their match value is gained they will then go with a head to head match with one celebrity for 10 times the amount won in the Super Match.
After that round it is back to a two round game again until time runs out. The game is then ended.
